Chelsea secured a crucial 1-0 victory against Everton at Stamford Bridge, keeping their push for a Champions League spot on track. Nicolas Jackson scored the game's only goal in the first half, turning smartly on the edge of the box and drilling a low effort beyond Jordan Pickford.
While the result had little consequence for Everton — already safe from relegation — David Moyes will be disappointed by his team's lackluster performance, especially after a more spirited second-half showing.
