Kibera Black Stars stunned Nairobi City Stars 3–2 to record their third win of the season, while 3K FC and Luanda Villa also claimed victories in a busy weekend of FKF action. Kisumu All-Stars and Talanta FC were held to goalless draws.

The FKF National Super League and Division One action produced drama and decisive results across the country, with Kibera Black Stars, Luanda Villa, and 3K FC all recording crucial victories, while Kisumu All-Stars and Talanta FC settled for stalemates in their respective matches.

Kibera Black Stars Stun City Stars in a Five-Goal Battle

At Dandora Stadium, Kibera Black Stars outlasted Nairobi City Stars in a thrilling 3–2 win to secure their third victory of the season.

Goals from Fidel Castro, Bockins Adeya, and Jephiter Bundi ensured the visitors took home all three points despite a late fightback from City Stars.

The hosts had opened the scoring early but struggled to contain Kibera’s high pressing and swift counterattacks. Castro’s equaliser restored balance before Adeya and Bundi combined in the second half to turn the game around. Though City Stars reduced the deficit late on, the slum-based side held firm to claim an impressive away triumph — one that strengthens their early-season momentum.

3K FC Dominate Mombasa United in Embu

In Embu, 3K FC made a statement with a commanding 2–0 victory over Mombasa United, powered by goals from Captain Dante and Wahinya.

The hosts dominated possession early on, and their persistence paid off in the 38th minute when Dante rose above the defense to head home from a Kithome delivery, sending the home crowd into celebration.

After the break, coach Chege’s tactical substitutions — including Oscar, Kazungu, and Neddy — injected fresh energy, culminating in Oscar Juma’s dazzling solo run past four defenders before setting up Wahinya to double the lead.

Goalkeeper Peter was equally impressive, pulling off several key saves to preserve his clean sheet and secure three deserved points for 3K FC.

Luanda Villa Sink Kabati Youth

Elsewhere, Luanda Villa continued their strong start to the season with a 2–1 win over Kabati Youth FC.

First-half goals from Dorreck Otieno and Dylan Wakake gave the hosts a comfortable cushion before Kabati pulled one back through Bancy in the second period. Despite late pressure, Villa held on to seal the victory, taking all three points in front of their home fans.

The result sees Luanda Villa maintain their push near the top of the standings, showcasing clinical finishing and solid defensive organisation.

Goalless in Kisumu and Bungoma

At Moi Stadium in Kisumu, Kisumu All-Stars were held to a 0–0 draw by Soy United, with both sides struggling to convert chances in a tightly contested affair.

Meanwhile, in Bungoma, Nzoia Sugar and Talanta FC also shared the spoils after a cagey encounter ended without goals. Both teams created opportunities but lacked the cutting edge in the final third, settling for a point apiece.
